Refund policy

We hope you love your purchase from The Laveau Edit Boutique. If something doesn’t work out, eligible returns will be issued as store credit only. We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.

Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of odors, makeup, deodorant, pet hair, and other signs of wear, with all original tags still attached.

Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes sale and clearance items, jewelry, bodysuits, swimwear, intimate items, and any item marked final sale at the time of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Once an approved return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued for the eligible merchandise amount.

Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested size or item is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging.
